Okay. So things have been really quiet on my end of the line for a while. I have some good reasons. Or bad reasons, depending on which way you're facing. It's been a really hectic few weeks.

Papers for various classes are some of the major causes of my life being really stressful, lately. One on Faulkner directly followed by one on O'Connor directly followed by one on A Midsummer Night's Dream in one class, coupled with papers on Grisham's A Time To Kill and Larson's Isaac's Storm in the others, plus Oral Reports and notebook completion in French...

Exams are also a lovely little stressor. Essay exams on Faulkner and Tennessee Williams. Oh joy. That's tomorrow morning. And a French exam over the subjunctive on Monday. C'est vachement cool!

Reading all the books required for the above things takes up a lot of my time and mindspace, also. Plus the ones for the class I don't have a paper in.

Isn't this fun?

I also seem to have misplaced my notebook for the class I have the test in, tomorrow.

I'm having to deal with all of the above, and while trying to make a dent in it this weekend, I also have to go home. All my family will be there, which means I'll get to see them, but I will get no work done. Why will my family be there?

My grandmother is dying. The doctors say she's fading. She's been saying, in the short, few times when she's awake and we can understand her, that angels have been calling her. She asked my dad when the funeral will be, yesterday. It nearly broke him.

I haven't been sleeping well, due to these factors and others. All I've felt like doing these last few days has been sleeping and sitting around with tea and chocolate and killing Heartless and Nobodies in Kingdom Hearts II. I haven't even felt up to playing on Milliways, really.

I don't even feel like reading, which is rare. I can barely keep my eyes focused on the words.

Morning will come too soon.

Now I return to studying.

Good thing I thought to make that fudge. I'm sure that at least helped get some endorphins flowing.
