Well, I turned in my application for studying abroad in London. The lady said results should be out by mid-February. *crosses fingers, thumbs, and toes*

I was pretty happy with the way my essay turned out (with much thanks to raindrenched, silveraspen and rymenhild), and I had my official transcript and application filled out neatly and completely. I have a pretty nice GPA, and have three well-respected faculty members giving me good recommendations (one of them is the provost, too). I... really really want to go to London.

Whew.

I got the disco* tray at lunch today, so I'll take that as a good omen.

Now! It is 1:14. Should I take a nap, or should I play DDR? I have nothing to do until 4:40 this afternoon.

* The Disco Tray(tm) is a coveted aquisition in the caf. Out of the thousands of trays there, there are only five Disco Trays, which are a darker color of green and have tiny pieces of golden glitter and ribbon all over it. It is very sparkly. It is thought to be good luck, if one gets the Disco Tray when they go through the line.
