*hugs* I'm sorry you're having a hell of a time with your health.
Maybe you could go to another doctor in the area that's on your insurance for a second opinion?
Also re: the lonliness, maybe getting out an exploring will help? Even if you don't meet people, at least it's distracting (and hopefully interesting on top of it.)
